AGENCY-WIDE LAWN CARE & MAINTENANCE

Bids for Agency-Wide Lawn Maintenance will be received by the Sedalia Housing Authority, 500 Welch Ct., Sedalia, MO, 65301 until 1:00 p.m. on April 24, 2020.  There will be no Pre-Bid Conference held.  Interested parties may obtain a copy of the solicitation by contacting the Authority at the address above, the SHA website, www.Sedaliahousing.org, or by calling (660) 827-1400 x 5.

All Bidders must be experienced in performing Lawn Maintenance; possession of proper equipment in good working order and exercise proper and safe operation of said equipment while on SHA properties; perform tasks timely and remain cognizant of safety of Housing Authority property and residents.

 Bidders must comply with the President’s Executive Order Nos. 11246 and 11375, which prohibits discrimination in employment regarding race, creed, color, sex, or national origin. Bidders must comply with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Anti-Kickback Act, and the Contract Work Hour Standard Act. Bidders must certify that they do not, and will not, maintain or provide for their employees any facilities that are segregated on a basis of age, race, sex, color, creed, religion or national origin.
